You'll find us in an old country cottage surrounded by a

blossoming rose garden in the heart of Los Angeles. We are

a husband and wife design team whose creative journey began when our individual artistic inspirations and sense of design came together.

Cross the threshold of our home and find yourself bathed in a collection of much loved, weatherworn objects that reflect our

appreciation for time gone by. These objects which we surround ourselves with and the beauty of our exquisite English roses greatly influence our work.

The collection of images you find here are a reflection of our design sensibility, simple and elegant, with a flair for the romantic. We so appreciate how many of you have chosen to include our work in your lives, whether you reside in a country cottage, a mid-century modern or anything in between.

A rainy afternoon stroll in the garden, gathering of friends in the kitchen, cozy Sunday mornings enjoying freshly brewed coffee, and the laughter of our children all are moments we wish we could make stand still. Our landscapes, hardscapes, and outdoor living spaces are designed to help you capture these moments and help you celebrate the beauty the movement of time brings to the surrounding outdoor living spaces in your life.

Before there was HGTV, we flipped homes in the greater Los Angeles area, 23 at last count. In fact, our own home has been featured in Country Living Magazines and Hardbound Books. Real Estate Development has been a wonderful avenue to explore and implement our design palette. For as we all know, every home and garden is truly unique, and each deserves attention to every detail. Homes and gardens offer challenges as well as wonderful opportunities to explore, both inside and out. Over the years we have peeled away the layers, and redefined a variety of property styles such as: Mid-Century Modern, Country Cottage, California Ranch, Tudor, Spanish Craftsman, and even a preserved historical Victorian. Everyone of them has refined our creative vision.

Hardscapes define spaces and often take you on journeys. Landscapes are what tickle your emotions and call out to you as you wander about your property. Outdoor living is an opportunity to enjoy it all!
